The Opportunity

AntiSocial is looking to hire a Manager, Influencer Marketing to scale our global markets. Reporting to the Director, Strategy, this role will work closely to support growth, integrated marketing and global objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, analytical self-starter with a growth mindset. You have three years of experience driving influencer and affiliate strategies in an agency environment. You have relationships and experience working with influencers and have an understanding of the influencer and digital landscapes. You enjoy the process of collaboration, assisting influencers with creating engaging content that brings value to both their followers and our clients. You're a creative problem solver, a detail-oriented team player and someone with strong communication skills. You are a sponge for learning and gaining new experiences. You will manage multiple influencer projects in varying stages simultaneously responsible for overseeing them from inception through delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop an influencer strategy that is scalable for clients
  • Influencer recruitment and vetting
  • Travelling across North America will be required
  • Build relationships with key influencers both locally and nationally
  • Serve as a partner to the influencers we work with by collaborating on content to maintain best in class creative and campaign solutions
  • On-going interdepartmental collaboration throughout the program assisting in the consistent delivery of communication and updates to Project Managers
  • Researching, vetting and engaging influencers briefing them and working as a partner once they are signed on to the program
  • Secure and negotiate influencer partnerships as well as organic influencer opportunities
  • Responsible for all communications with influencers including content management, ideation, data collection and ensuring all deadlines are hit
  • Monitoring organic influencer content in the market, tracking data and reporting on campaign performance, escalate weak performing KPI's in real-time
  • Contribute to the development of influencer content strategies, paid media strategies and optimization as well as measurement plans
  • Assist in the post-campaign evaluation process/management identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay on top of influencer trends including top and up and coming influencers, social media advancements and relevant campaigns
  • Assist with building influencer-related presentation decks and other influencer materials while maintaining accuracy and appropriate tone
  • Review all influencer content and materials for your active influencer campaigns

What You'll Bring

  • Has previously managed nationwide campaigns for nano and macro-influencers
  • Experience working across social platforms including TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, etc.
  • Previous experience managing influencer budgets of 500K+
  • Has managed 2-3+ projects at any given time
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Strong ability to tell brand stories
  • Experience writing creative briefs
  • Strong attention to details
  • Demonstrated passion for the influencer marketing and social media landscape
  • Experience working on influencer/ social media campaigns
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, preferably with a background PR, social, content or digital
  • A keen interest to learn and advance your knowledge about the influencer and digital landscape
  • Ability to analyze the fit of an influencer using analytics and executing content audits
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, management and organizational skills
  • Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
